This 6 week class is an engaging and experiential exploration on the Foundations of Mindfulness practices and its benefits. Each week we explore a different principle of mindful awareness through discussion, guided mindfulness practices, inquiry, and reflection. In doing so, we establish a solid framework on which to begin building or deepening our meditation practice. Using science backed practices Jill offers mindfulness in a relatable and engaging way.
