**EDIT**

Learn the mindfulness tools to cultivate a greater sense of aliveness in your daily life

My classes are for health conscious people in the Front Range Area of Colorado who want to enhance their daily lives by incorporating functional mindfulness tools and a deep daily meditation practice.

You’ve heard about meditation, tried it before, you may even have a on-again, off again relationship with it. You’re ready to say yes to your health and well being by committing to your mindfulness meditation practice.

“One of the purposes of mindfulness is to see our emotional habits in the light of awareness- the habits that are helpful and the habits that cause stress of complication in our lives.”

–American Psychological Association

Maybe, these types of thoughts have popped into your head more than once:

  • I don’t know how to meditate

  • I don’t have enough time for myself

  • I’m so stressed out!

Speaking from experience, I understand what its like. I’ve traveled all over the world, studied psychology, health, nutrition and spirituality. The most beneficial practice I’ve discovered is mindfulness! So I dove in, I studied as much as I could, the techniques and effects that mindfulness has on your brain. I’ve created these group courses to teach mindfulness in a way that will stick. About half way through the course you will feel a shift from within, you’re cells will begin to reorient themselves and you’ll catch yourself engaging in negative thought loops. You’ll have the tools you need to change your thoughts to bring more of what you want into your life.

Thousands of scientific research studies over the past 35 years have proven that mindfulness has many benefits:

  • Lowers blood pressure

  • Reduces chronic physical pain

  • Helps in coping with painful life events

  • Helps in dealing with negative emotions

  • Positively changes the structure of the brain

  • More attuned with others

  • Increases happiness and wellbeing

  • Reduces stress

  • Lessens anxiety/ depression

  • Improves focus and memory

  • Decreases mind chatter

  • Become more resilient

  • Boosts immune system

“Mounting scientific evidence from hundreds of universities—including dedicated centers at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in the United States and the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom—strongly suggests that mindfulness not only reduces stress but also gently builds an inner strength so that future stressors have less impact on our happiness and physical well-being.”
