Mindful Eating Workshop

Begin to connect and have insights to your relationship to food and the habits you’ve created around them. Through mindfulness and mindful eating practices, participants will bring awareness to the way they eat and their habits around food. Participants will learn daily mindful eating practices to bring into their daily life, transforming their relationship with food.

Mindful Communication

Communication sits at the center of our lives. Our communication habits run deep. Good communication is essential to any healthy relationship, whether it’s between spouses, family members, friends, or co-workers. The more we understand and transform our own communication patterns, the more care, clarity and flexibility we are able to bring to all of our life’s relationships. In this workshop we learn to build stronger relationships by exploring our communication patterns, discovering ways to develop clearer and more productive communication while coming from a place of compassion and presence.

Creativity and Self Compassion Workshop

Learn to cultivate self compassion skills through discussion, meditation, and experiential exercises. Participants gain practical skills to help bring self-compassion into their daily lives.

A Day of Mindfulness Workshop

This full-day immersive workshop gives the time and space needed to go deeper in understanding mindfulness and integrating it into everyday life. Improve personal awareness and resiliency through this engaging day of instruction, conversation and practice. The day will combine discussion and mindfulness practices.
